Limited Lifetime Warranty

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

Aura Forged Wheels provides a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in structural integrity under normal and intended use. This life-time warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original owner.

What Is Not Covered by This Limited Warranty?

This warranty does not cover the following conditions, actions, or damages:

1. Unauthorized Repairs & Refinishing:

Any refinishing or repairs conducted by parties other than Aura Forged will VOID the warranty, as they may compromise the structural integrity of the wheels, leading to potential safety hazards. Prohibited processes include:
- Refinishing
- Heating
- Bending
- Cutting
- Welding

2. Driving on Unsuitable Surfaces:

Damage caused by driving on unpaved or hazardous roads, including but not limited to:
- Off-road terrain
- Gravel roads
- Debris-covered roads (e.g., scrap metal, tire remnants, trash, road clutter)

3. Improper Tire Mounting, Use, and Maintenance:

Failure to use suitable tires or maintain them properly, including:
- Improper tire inflation
- Overloading the vehicle beyond its capacity
- Wheel misalignment
- Improper wheel balancing
- Incorrect tire-to-rim application

4. Impact & Abuse-Related Damage:

Any damage resulting from impact or misuse, including:
- Rim bending
- Collisions
- Potholes
- Flat tires
- Curb damage
- Racing accidents
- Wheel well rubbing due to improper fitment

5. Surface & Finish Damage:

Paint chipping, scratching, or damage caused by:
- Center cap installation
- Lug bolt/nut application

6. Exposure to Harmful Substances:

Damage caused by exposure to road salt, de-icing chemicals, and other hazardous materials, particularly in winter conditions.

7. Improper Wheel Accessories:

The use of clip-on weights or unauthorized accessories on LFI Forged wheels. Use tape-on weights only.

8. Continued Use After Detecting a Factory Defect:

Any further damage resulting from the continued use of defective wheels after discovering a factory defect.

9. Shipping & Handling Damage:

Wheels damaged during transit, due to misuse, accidents, or negligence.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Aura Forged Wheels Customer Support with proof of purchase, photos of the defect, and a detailed description of the issue. Aura Forged reserves the right to inspect and determine the validity of any claim.
